About Me

Welcome to Cava Bakehouse! My name is Mandy Bocanegra. I've always loved baking and finally decided to leave the corporate world to pursue my dream of opening my own bakery. I completed the Baking and Decorative Arts program through Madison Area Technical College and now bake out of my house as the first step towards opening my own store front.

I'm originally from Fond du Lac and now live in Madison with my husband and two kids. When I'm not baking I enjoy playing volleyball, spending time with my extended family, playing games, and reading. I enjoy baking the classics and experimenting with different flavors so if there is something you don't see on my menu please reach out.
